Betsy Lilly, LMT is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist. She graduated from Cortiva-Desert Institute of the Healing Arts Massage Therapy Certification Program in Tucson, Arizona. Betsy has over 400 hours of continuing education in different types (modalities) of massage, including intense training with Mary Hannigan LMT, the creator of "LA Stone Massage", the original "hot-stone massage".

Mission

My mission is to provide superior client care and design a massage therapy that specifically address each client’s needs for relaxation, physical (muscular) pain reduction and stress reduction. To achieve the greatest effectiveness, client assessment is vital. We draw on visual, verbal and physical client feedback utilizing aids such as medical charts.

I specialize in St. John’s neuromuscular therapy (I’ve trained in 10 seminars and was the sponsor for all 10 seminars). This type of massage therapy is extremely effective for addressing key issues of your pain and the quality of your pain that manifests itself as a headache, backache or painstakingly tight muscles, including long term or short term pain. In a comfortable and casual setting, we utilizing medical charts with detailed pictures of muscles to help target where the true origin of your pain is located. This thoroughly increases the quality and effectiveness of our treatment time together.
